as of now im unsure of any organized way to have that :-( if anything, probably a friend to vote for you or somewhat, but i am open to suggestions to be able to do this ^_^

how will the voting will be? will it be something like "person1" vs "person 2" or its just voting and who gets the most votes?

the skins will not be named with the githubs, for the sake of anonymity so people dont receive backlash for being voted for. it is a bracket, similar to sports tournaments but its polled instead, so people advance in the bracket by being voted for! a bracket, not a contest. hoped that clarified most. :3
